Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition — unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Items that have been assembled, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at 832-865-4539 or email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours. Do not ship any item back without a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping
For items returned due to damage, defect, or our error, we cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns (you simply no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label can be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items within the 30-day return window. Contact us and we will coordinate the exchange — if the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, take photos of the damage and the packaging immediately — do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 832-865-4539 with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not refuse a freight delivery without contacting us first — refused shipments may incur return freight charges that we cannot cover.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase), custom or made-to-order items, items that have been assembled or modified, items returned without original packaging.
